Nitrotech Methodology
Nitrotech develops and manufactures industrial nitrogen generator systems using PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology to produce high-purity nitrogen gas from compressed air.
First, compressed air is filtered to remove particles, moisture, and oil. The purified air is then directed into adsorption towers filled with CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve). During this process, oxygen and other gases are separated to produce nitrogen gas. The dual-tower design supports continuous nitrogen production.
The production process is monitored by a PLC-based control system and gas purity analyzers.
